Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
No Experience Needed:
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
What You Need:
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or possess relevant residency status.
- High school diploma, college degree, or vocational qualification.
Compensation: Up to Php 26,00.00 per month, inclusive of various benefits.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts on weekdays with weekends off.
