Job Description
OT Hires is excited to welcome a Flight Reservation Specialist to our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
- Address user reports promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding content moderation with professionalism and care.
No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training. This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Qualified candidates should be friendly, tech-savvy, and a Filipino citizen with a diploma. Proficiency in English is preferred.
