Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training.
Work Schedule: Weekdays only, with weekends off.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or possess relevant residency status.
- High school diploma, college degree, or vocational certification.
Compensation: Up to Php26,00.00 per month, along with a flexible schedule, paid training, and additional benefits.
