Job Description
- Assist team members by answering questions and providing support on customer transactions.
- Handle escalated Supervisor calls and evaluate call recordings.
- Support team members with report distribution and other correspondence.
- Be a flexible team player, invest additional time when necessary, and champion company core values to motivate employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- North America – High School Diploma or equivalent
- Philippines – 2 years post-secondary or equivalent
- Costa Rica – No minimum requirement
- United Kingdom – No minimum requirement
- Trinidad & Tobago – Minimum 3 CSEC passes
English proficiency is compulsory in all locations.
