Job Description
The Flower Farm, a company under Wellspring Retail, Inc., is currently seeking a full-time manager with a passion for plants and flowers. We are looking for an individual who goes the extra mile in sales and client relations, while overseeing our team of florists and assistants.
Responsibilities include:
- Ordering and maintaining a fresh supply of seasonal flowers, greenery, potted plants, and decorative floral items
- Assisting customers in placing orders in person and over the phone, including special requests, delivery arrangements, and payment processing
- Consulting with customers to design and create arrangements based on their preferences and budget
- Providing customers with care instructions to ensure maximum enjoyment of their floral arrangements
- Maintaining sales and order records using POS systems
- Performing daily set up, break down, cleaning, and organizing of work spaces
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Floral design experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
