Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to join our team. As a FOH Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all guest service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include managing and training staff, supervising daily operations, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
