Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in our dining areas.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Take orders and assist with menu selection.
- Ensure that tables are clean and set up properly.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
