Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila is seeking a talented individual for the position of Service Leader – Food and Beverage (Lobby Lounge).
As a Service Leader, you will:
- Maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain food and beverage quality according to brand standards.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service.
- Motivate team members and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager on daily operations.
We are looking for candidates with:
- A passion for Food & Beverage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Experience in luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel (preferred).
