Job Description
Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel located in the heart of Manila’s financial and commercial district. We are currently hiring a Service Leader – Food and Beverage (Pool Bar).
Responsibilities include:
- Interacting with guests and maintaining high service standards
- Motivating team members and fostering team spirit
- Handling guest complaints professionally
- Looking for ways to enhance satisfaction
- Supporting daily operations with the Service Manager
- Ensuring the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant
We’re looking for someone passionate about Food & Beverage, who loves guest interaction, believes in teamwork, and ideally has experience in a luxury environment.
