Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Work closely with the F&B Manager to create and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise F&B staff and provide training and support
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
