Job Description
DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Training Officer with experience in the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will be involved in various key areas including:
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
– Implementation of feedback management
– Training and development of the management team
– Enhancements in operational management
– Conducting customer surveys
– Managing Crew Orientation and Training Management System (TMS)
– Supporting marketing through social media and completing training materials
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts
Location: Davao City (Reliability to commute or relocate is required)
