Job Description
A Food Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that all food products and processes at BISTRO MADRID/TERRYS adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines. In this position, you will work closely with management and quality control teams to implement and maintain food safety procedures. As a Food Compliance Officer, your main responsibilities will include conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify any potential compliance issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring production processes and ensuring proper labeling and packaging of our food products. Additionally, you may be required to develop and deliver training programs on food safety and compliance for our employees. The ideal candidate for this position must have strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of food safety regulations, and excellent communication skills.
