Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without having to transfer the caller.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Use negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Communicate relevant information to internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues.
