Job Description
Join our team at Sapient BPO – Careers and earn up to Php25,00 monthly in our Metro sites. We are urgently hiring for the position of Food Delivery Account.
Position Overview: This role focuses on ensuring seamless operations, addressing issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
