We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites
Position Overview:
As a Call Center Agent for the Food Delivery Account, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with inquiries or support needs for their food delivery orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Provide basic technical support for the food delivery app
- Promote new items and special offers
- Adhere to call center scripts and quality standards
