Position Overview: As a Call Center Agent for the Food Delivery Account, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with inquiries, concerns, or needing support for their food delivery orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist with basic technical support for the food delivery app.
- Encourage customers to try new items and special offers.
- Adhere to call center scripts and quality standards.
