We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites
Position Overview:
This role focuses on ensuring seamless operations, addressing issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
