Job Description
We are currently seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Ordering Specialists. As a Food Ordering Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in placing their food orders through non-voice channels, such as online chat and instant messaging platforms.
Your main tasks will include:
- Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their food preferences and requirements.
- Providing accurate information about menu options, dietary restrictions, and special offers.
- Assisting customers in navigating our online ordering platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
- Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring the correct items are selected and any customization requests are conveyed correctly to the kitchen.
- Following up with customers to ensure their orders are delivered on time and addressing any concerns or complaints.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food industry, would be an advantage.
