Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers through phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact without transfer.
- Matches customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation and influencing skills to handle objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares specific information with internal/external clients and colleagues.
