Job Description

A food server is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. They take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer inquiries or concerns. Food servers must have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking food and drink orders
• Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner
• Checking-in with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handling customer complaints or special requests
• Processing payments and operating the cash register

This position requires excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
