Job Description
Financial
- Monitors and analyzes sales and performance reports monthly to achieve targets.
- Plans, implements, and mobilizes the team to meet cost targets.
- Maintains food quality and standards compliance.
Process – Operational Excellence
- Ensures companywide programs are implemented.
- Sets up store security procedures and crisis management protocols.
- Ensures compliance with health and government regulations.
Customer
- Gathers and interprets customer feedback on product quality and service.
- Resolves customer complaints efficiently.
People
- Coaches team on standards and procedures.
- Monitors employee performance and conducts appraisals.
- Implements the Code of Conduct.
Location: Landers Central Arca South Taguig

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
