Job Description
We are seeking a Food Services Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen and cafeteria operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and hygiene. Responsibilities include supervising staff schedules, training and performance, controlling inventory and food costs, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role enforces sanitation standards (HACCP/food safety), assists with menu planning, and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid food safety certification.
