Job Description
KVH Industries, Inc. is seeking a part-time News Editor fluent in Greek to join KVH NEWSlink. Filipino nationals, expatriates, or Philippine residents are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities involve selecting and editing news for maritime newspapers distributed via satellite.
- News Selection: Review Greek news portal for relevant stories.
- Editing: Ensure accuracy and quality of selected stories.
- Content Management: 2-hour shifts, 4pm-8pm, 2-3 days weekly.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with editorial team.
- Current Affairs: Stay updated on Greek and international news.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Greek language.
- Interest: Passion for maritime and international news.
- Experience: Editing or journalism background preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and news portal use.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines independently.
Php 500.00 per edition or Php 1,500.00-2,00.00 per week.
