Job Description
We seek a dedicated Foreman/Safety Officer to join our solar energy team. Responsibilities include implementing and enforcing site safety policies; conducting inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments; ensuring DOLE/OSHA compliance; delivering COSH training and toolbox talks; monitoring PPE, tools and electrical safety; leading incident investigations and corrective actions; maintaining permits and safety records; supporting emergency response planning; and promoting a safety-first culture.
- Qualifications: Engineering or technical graduate; COSH certificate and TESDA NC II (preferably Electrical Installation & Maintenance); 2–3 years safety experience in solar or electrical construction; strong leadership and communication; physically fit for site work.
- Full-time, on-site; Php25,00–35,00/month.
