Job Description
- Operate a forklift to transport materials and products to and from designated areas.
- Load and unload goods from trucks, shelves, or other storage areas.
- Perform routine pre- and post-operational inspections on the forklift to ensure proper functioning.
- Ensure the safe and efficient use of the forklift in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting the movement of goods.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse or storage area.
- Collaborate with other team members to accomplish daily tasks and meet operational goals.
- Report any issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
