Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Instructor to join our team. As a Formwork Instructor, your main responsibility will be to train and guide individuals on proper formwork installation techniques and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on formwork techniques and systems
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to trainees
- Assess trainees’ understanding and progress through regular evaluations
- Offer guidance and support to trainees in overcoming any challenges or difficulties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in formwork installation or construction industry
- Strong understanding of different formwork systems and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Valid certification or qualification in formwork training is preferred
