Job Description
Are you an experienced finance professional looking to advance your career? We are seeking an FP&A Analyst II to join Regal Rexnord’s dynamic finance team. As an FP&A Analyst II, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance analysis and providing valuable insights to support our business operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial forecasts, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Performing financial modeling and cost analysis
- Providing recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvement
- Creating financial reports and presentations for the management team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans
