Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of FP&A Lead for APAC. As the FP&A Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis activities for our company’s operations in the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for APAC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will provide strategic insights and analysis, partnering with business leaders to drive financial performance and achieve key objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and execution of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts for APAC.
  • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring and reporting key financial metrics, highlighting trends and risks to management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational company. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
