Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Manager to join our team in Mandaluyong. As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing financial models, analyzing financial data, tracking financial performance, and preparing financial reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making processes, evaluate financial risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, with proven experience in financial planning and analysis. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, as you will be presenting financial results and recommendations to senior management. Prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis is also required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting techniques
- Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
