Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Franchise Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our franchise network, ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering strong relationships with franchisees.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new franchisees
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees
- Implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive franchise growth
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on franchise performance
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in franchise management or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
