Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Franchise and Business Development Manager.
- Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees, does business development functions, and assists in store network expansion.
- Provides training and development to in-store staff and franchisees, conducts business analytics, and manages multiple store units.
- Handles customer feedback, conducts store audits, and performs other assigned tasks.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business management course
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Field work required with a motorcycle and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to do field work in Laguna, Batangas, Quezon
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
