Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Franchise and Business Development Manager.
- Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to the sales process.
- Engages in business development functions such as store network expansion.
- Assists new franchisees in becoming operationally proficient.
- Provides training to in-store staff on various aspects including sales, P&L’s, ROI, people management, brand standards, and more.
- Explores opportunities for international and local expansion.
- Manages multiple store units in assigned territories with a background in food service business.
- Handles customer feedback and resolution in assigned stores.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business management course.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Fieldwork requiring a motorcycle and valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork in Cavite and Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
