Job Description
As a Franchise Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the franchise operations team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our franchise network. Your responsibilities will include analyzing franchisee performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing operational strategies.
You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive operational excellence across the franchise network.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a passion for delivering results.
