- Develops professional relationships with franchisees, facilitating smooth communication.
- Conducts business reviews, offers strategies to meet profit targets.
- Analyzes consumer behavior, identifies opportunities, and provides solutions.
- Performs store visits and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year business-related course.
- Preferably with sales and account management experience.
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork.
- Excellent communication skills, familiarity with Cebu area preferred.
