Job Description
- Sourcing for potential franchisee and reviewing their qualification and assessment the truthfulness of the credentials submitted.
- Preparing all documentation needed for store opening.
- Drafting Franchise Agreement, Deed of Assignment, Memorandum of Agreement and Termination of Franchised, for review and Approval of Corporate Attorney.
- Compiling all documents of new Franchisee and forward to third party for application of necessary permits prior to the operations of the business.
- Monitoring check releases, bills and payments of Franchisee.
- Coordinating with Area Manager for Repairs and Maintenance of Franchise Stores
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City and can start ASAP

Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
