Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Fraud Specialist to join our Customer Service team. As a Fraud Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing potential fraudulent activities to protect our company and customers.
Your main duties will include reviewing transactions, identifying suspicious behavior, and taking appropriate action to prevent fraud. You will also communicate with customers to verify information and resolve any issues related to fraud.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in fraud detection or customer service is a plus.
