Job Description
HireOn LTD www.hireon.uk is looking to onboard an English speaking Freelance Recruiter.
The job is completely remote with flexible working hours.
Location: Remote
Employment type: Self employed
Remuneration: commission based, 50% of a candidate gross monthly salary.
Salary: 100 euros – 500+ euros net/month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
- Build/grow your own desk (very important)
- Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
- Arrange interviews for senior consultants
- Contact potential clients via phone or email
- Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Freelance Recruiter is a Must
- Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
- Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
- Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
- An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
