Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Background Check Coordinator to join our team in San Juan Greenhills. This position operates Monday to Friday during the night shift, offering a competitive salary ranging from Php14,00.00 to Php16,00.00 per month (Manila rate/Minimum wage).
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will conduct thorough background checks on applicants, liaise with relevant institutions to obtain necessary information, and document comprehensive reports. The role requires effective communication with candidates, identification and escalation of discrepancies, while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with onboarding data entry tasks.
Qualifications: Applicants must hold a recent Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate high integrity and attention to detail, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
