Job Description
IGO Digital High Technology, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fresh Graduate for our Customer Service position. You will assist players through our online system and phone in resolving various issues such as deposits, withdrawals, and game results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct phone surveys to gather player feedback.
- Process online transactions accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
Work Location: BGC, Taguig
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
