Job Description
Mother’s Produce, Inc. seeks a Field-Based Fresh Produce Coordinator to oversee produce operations across 3–5 supermarket branches. The coordinator will supervise team leaders and merchandisers, manage inventory, purchasing, logistics, quality control, merchandising, and waste reduction, and drive sales and profitability. The role offers a flexible schedule with the responsibility to create weekly site plans.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred, minimum 1 year supervisory experience, willingness to travel, strong leadership and organizational skills; retail or produce experience preferred.
- Employment: full-time. Salary: Php13,500–15,00/month.
