Job Description
Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or be a 2nd-year college student with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Proficiency in English is required
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries using standard procedures
- Research and resolve customer issues
- Provide timely and helpful customer service
- Offer product/service information and assess customer needs
- Assist and guide junior staff
