We are looking for a Front and Back of the House Partner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helps the team execute day-to-day front of the house operations in line with the Restaurants Quality Service and Standards.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction by providing excellent and professional service.
- Ensure co-workers’ and customers’ health and safety in the workplace.
- Consistently executes BWNT Service & Hospitality Touchpoints.
- Mastery and Execution of BWNT Service and Hospitality Standards.
- Delivers GIFTS to BWNT customers in an excellent manner:
- Great Food
- Ice Cold Beverages
- Fast Serving Time
- Tangible Value of Experience and Service that Connects
