Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who will work as Front Desk Agent/Front Office Agent at Sapient – Pasay.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- We accept Non-BPO/No BPO experience with excellent communication skills.
- Fresh Graduates are accepted here.
- With BPO experience is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
