Job Description
Remedy Skintech, Inc. is currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will provide administrative support to the Clinic Manager and assist patients during their clinic visits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining clinic data, and assisting clinic staff.
- Greeting patients online and ensuring a professional and friendly clinic experience.
- Handling patient inquiries and providing recommendations for treatments and products.
- Coordinating daily order deliveries.
- Upselling our products to clients and customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Positive energy and a happy disposition.
- Passion for learning about the latest beauty industry trends.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Organized, professional, and tech-savvy.
- Strong memory and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (aesthetic clinic, hotel, etc.).
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, Zenoti, etc.).
- Willingness to work 6 days a week at our Quezon City branch.
- Excellent English skills (verbal, written, listening).
