Job Description
Remedy Skintech, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Associate to support the Clinic Manager with administrative tasks and enhance patient experiences. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks including scheduling and maintaining clinic data, greeting patients warmly, handling inquiries, coordinating logistics for deliveries, and upselling products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Positive energy and eagerness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized, professional, and tech-savvy
- At least 1 year in a customer-facing role
- Willing to work in the BGC area
