Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate responsible for efficiently and courteously interacting with guests. Key duties include managing the check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, processing payments, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Associate or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in PMS/HMS systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and attentive to details.
- Able to handle stress and work independently.
- Willing to learn and coachable.
