Job Description
Citistar Shopping Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials, greeting guests, answering questions, addressing complaints, receiving letters and packages, and monitoring office supplies. Additional duties include keeping records and files updated.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
Experience: 1 year as a Front Desk Agent (Required)
Language: English (Preferred)
