Job Description
- Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always given.
- Meets residents’ needs, offers options, resolves problems, and gives feedback to residents.
- Ensures full customer satisfaction.
- Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
- Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, may it be inside or outside the property.
- Organizes and coordinates all special/social events for residents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in front reception in a hotel/property.
- Has good written and oral communication skills.
- Has good leadership skills.
- Locations: Quezon City.
- Can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift.
Experience:
- Front Desk Agent: 1 year (Preferred).
Language:
- English (Preferred).
Ability to Commute:
- Quezon City (Required).
Ability to Relocate:
- Quezon City: Relocate before starting work (Required).
