Job Description
The Front Desk Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and acting as the primary point of contact for guests and clients.
- Welcome and greet all the visitors, guests, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Address inquiries and provide assistance to visitors, clients, or customers.
- Manage appointments and schedules for clients or customers.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages promptly.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree…
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Experience in hotel/beauty clinic industry is an advantage.
- Must have an attractive appearance and pleasant personality.
- Willingness to work in BGC, Taguig City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
