JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle clients’ inquiries and booking appointments
- Accurate recording of all telephone inquiries
- Prepare daily schedules and payment transactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience in the hotel industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willing to work in CEBU and can start ASAP
